PASS is delivered by the Scottish Citizens Advice Network. Each local Citizens Advice Bureau (CAB), along with Citizens Advice Scotland (CAS), are members of the Scottish Association of Citizens Advice Bureaux (SACAB). CAB and CAS are responsible for keeping your information safe, making us joint controllers of your data.
