The PASS advice line will be closed for the Easter Weekend from Friday 18th April until Monday 21st April, inclusive. We will not be able to respond to queries during this time, but will reply as soon as possible on reopening.

We work with anyone who has a complaint or feedback regarding services provided by NHS Scotland.

Our PASS Advisers are here to ensure you feel listened to, supported, and respected when raising concerns about difficult experiences.

The Patient Advice and Support Service (PASS) promotes an awareness and understanding of the rights and responsibilities of patients in Scotland. It advises those who wish to raise concerns, make a complaint, and give feedback or comments about an NHS Scotland treatment or service.

We are an independent service, delivered by the Citizens Advice network in Scotland. Our team cannot provide legal or medical advice, but PASS Advisers provide free specialist support, both via our advice line and through face-to-face appointments in local Citizens Advice Bureaux.
